Lawn care technician wanted in Kent County

Now hiring: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Kent County, Rhode Island. The job is in a botanical garden. Day to day you will prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs. You should have: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
