The role involves work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; sand and fill walls before applying primer; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer.
