Concrete shuttering carpenter • Ikom, Cross River State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Ikom, Cross River State. You will work at an infrastructure construction site. Requirements: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Your main tasks: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations Meals and transport allowance provided.
