Urgent requirement: tandoor cook (Nevada)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in White Pine County, Nevada. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
