Immediate opening: we are hiring a house painter in Samastipur, State of Bihar. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames You should have: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Performance bonus on top of base pay.
