Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Part-time with flexible hours.
