Finishing presser • Clark County, Washington

Vacancy available: we are hiring a finishing presser in Clark County, Washington. You will work in a garment export house. Day-to-day duties: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
