Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Betul, Madhya Pradesh. You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
