We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Scott County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service.
