Urgent requirement: catering cook (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in DuPage County, Illinois. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
