Furniture maker — Basti

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a furniture maker in Basti, Uttar Pradesh. Day-to-day duties: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions We are looking for own basic hand tools; NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around ₹1,750 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
