Urgent requirement: painter and decorator (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Pecos County, Texas. You will be based at a busy decorating firm. Your main tasks: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
