Great opportunity: backhoe operator (Minnesota)

Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Benton County, Minnesota. You will work at a road and highway construction project. On the job you will handle: • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter Ideal candidate: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
