Prep cook wanted in Culpeper County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Culpeper County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
