Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter ₦205,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
