On a typical shift you will write and edit G-code programs at the control; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand. What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
