Join our team: we are hiring a canteen cook in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideally you have 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; able to stand for long shifts and work in heat. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₹90 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
