Urgent requirement: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Coventry, England. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines On the job you will handle: • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour Full-time with occasional weekends.
