We are recruiting: powder spray gun operator (Minnesota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Pine County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
