You should have: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner • Accurate, careful stock handling Day-to-day duties: • Top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers • Position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris • Charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
