Great opportunity: counter butcher (Jigawa State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Gagarawa, Jigawa State. You will work at a halal meat counter. Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
