What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; check back during the meal and handle special requests. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
