Kitchen cook wanted in Imphal East

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Imphal East, Manipur. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should bring 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
