Banquet server — Yusufari

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in Yusufari, Yobe State. On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
