Kitchen porter wanted in Bakassi

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Bakassi, Cross River State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Rotating shifts.
