Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigger in Aiyedade, Osun State. Requirements: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness The role involves: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
