Bread baker — Ikwo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Ikwo, Ebonyi State. The job is in a bread factory. The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦70,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
