Immediate opening: we are hiring a telesales agent in Thayer County, Nebraska. You will be based at an FMCG distributor. The role involves handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp; check stock levels and raise reorder requests; collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues; collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up. You should have: • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Comfortable meeting daily sales targets • Neat, well-groomed appearance Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
