VMC operator • Zaki, Bauchi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a VMC operator in Zaki, Bauchi State. On the job you will handle: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to grind and set HSS cutters At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
