Cnc lathe operator — Nueces County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Nueces County, Texas. You should have: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances 1+ years on the tools preferred.
