Join our team: we are hiring a digger driver in Loving County, Texas. The job is on a pipeline and trenching crew. Day-to-day duties: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger Requirements: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
