Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Walker County, Texas. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
