Kitchen porter — Ohimini

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Ohimini, Benue State. Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
