Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Floyd County, Iowa. You should have: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Day-to-day duties: • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
