Safety marshal — Rockingham County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety marshal in Rockingham County, Virginia. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. The role involves: • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges Requirements: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Full-time, day shift. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
