Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety officer in Candler County, Georgia. The job is on a road and infrastructure project. The role involves carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports. What we are looking for: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
