You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred You will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
