Immediate opening: we are hiring an access control officer in Montrose County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door • Man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Monitor the CCTV screens in the control room Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Valid PSARA / security guard licence 3+ years on the tools preferred.
