Waitress — Essex County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Essex County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel 2+ years on the tools preferred.
