Powder coating line operator wanted in Mendocino County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Mendocino County, California. The job is on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
