Bakery assistant wanted in Chaves County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Chaves County, New Mexico. You will be based at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
