Kitchen porter wanted in Cameron County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Cameron County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
