RCC mason — Kura

Great opportunity: we are hiring a RCC mason in Kura, Kano State. Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods The role involves discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
