You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour.
