Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Livingston County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
