Now hiring: sheet metal welder (Montana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Deer Lodge County, Montana. Day to day you will set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. What we are looking for: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Rotating shifts.
