Meat trimmer wanted in Brule County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Brule County, South Dakota. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
