Reinforcement steel fixer wanted in Amherst County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Amherst County, Virginia. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Requirements: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Day-to-day duties: • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine 6+ years on the tools preferred.
