Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
