Vacancy available: gantry crane operator (Mississippi)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Copiah County, Mississippi. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. On the job you will handle: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $18 per hour plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
